TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TOKENS & ANY PURCHASES

Purely in the interest of stopping fraud, ID may be requested when collecting tokens purchased online

Only one discounted offer voucher allowed per ride and are not valid with any offer.

When using money-off vouchers/publicised free offers/discounted tickets (including online tokens) we cannot accept these in combination with any other discounted promotion.

Online Tokens must be purchased at least the day before your visit.

Online Tokens are not valid for game or food stalls.

All those purchasing online tokens are deemed to have read and agreed with the Legal Information shown on this website. Information on this page is specifically relevant to online bookings.

No refunds are possible for any reason.

All visitors agree to follow the rules of the event and also any additional rules that are on display at the event, all such rules being implemented to ensure visitor safety and the wellbeing of our staff.

Whilst Amusement world LTD and its employees attempt to ensure the complete safety of all our visitors, it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children on site with a ratio of at least one adult to every 5 children over 3, and one adult to every three children under 3.

The parents/guardians must: Remain within the event premises at all times and observe their children to ensure they are safe and well: Ensure children understand the safety instructions around the event including on play equipment and that they obey the guidance on hand-washing and personal hygiene; Know where their child is and make sure their child knows where they are.

Parents/guardians know their child’s capabilities and behaviour best and so should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this.

All children may only use the event or any part of the event when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Strictly no smoking in any part of the event premises, indoors or outdoors.

Children and adults are discouraged from chewing gum.

Parents/guardians must make sure that all the requirements on clothing and footwear must be followed.

Our website and any products or services available on or via the website are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR WEBSITE, PURCHASE OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR SUBMIT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO US.

We do not knowingly or intentionally process information about any individual under the age of 18.
