Winter City ice rink pride themselves on having a real ice surface for the best skating experience

Winter City ice rink is undercover.

You are welcome to wear your own boots, we may inspect them to ensure they are suitable and are not damaged prior to use, there is no price reduction for using your own boots.

If the rink is not busy we will use discretion as to allowing skaters to stay on for longer than there planned session.

No refunds are given.

During your session you may come off or on the ice as many times as you like, no time extension will be given.

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may show a digital version of this ticket ie on your phone, make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, or print out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you access.

The minimum age allowed on the ice is 4, all children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can hire ice guides, these are £5.00 each and are on a first come first served basis.

We have ice guides to hire (if available) and there will also be marshals on the ice to assist you.
